A recent study has shown that how fennel oil is known for its ability to boost the volume and fat content of the breast milk. Fennel oil is one of the best essential oils, which you can use in order to increase the quality and thickness of your breast milk.
 
However, do not massage fennel oil, on your breasts, for more than ten days in a row. That might make the milk too heavy for your own good. Also it can have adverse effect on your urinary tract.
